The administration of President George W. Bush has said they want to spread democracy throughout the Muslim World and that this is the key to ending terrorism and bring about a social and cultural renewal in the Muslim World.
This blog is dedicated to highlighting democracy movements and figures in the Muslim ummah who are fighting to establish social justice amongst the people. Unfortunately, while it is the policy of America to support democracy globally, that alleged support has often been absent when it comes to supporting democratic movements in Palestine, Algeria, Egypt, Syria and other places in the Muslim World.
